Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (notified at checkout).

Shipping Times & Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

• Estimated delivery:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days.

• International: 10–30 business days (customs delays possible).

• Free shipping may apply on orders over [valor, ex: $50] in eligible regions (shown at checkout).

Tracking

• Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.

• Check your spam folder if you don't receive it.

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates only – delays can occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or high-volume periods.

• We are not responsible for lost packages after delivery confirmation or customs fees/taxes for international orders.

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your tracking number – we will assist with claims.
